AFV 400 IGNIFUGA – CLEAR PU FLAME RETARDANT PROCESS ( Certified class 1)

The flame retardant process is a two-component PU-based coating process composed by AFV400 (primer coat) and AFV 400 Top (finish coat). This treatment is certified by Italian authorities to be fire-resistant of first class. In accordance with the regulation UNI 9796/1990, these products can’t be used for painting veneer panels, panels with honeycomb or hardboard structure. AFV 400 flame retardant treatment has mechanics proprieties really close to traditional PU treatment. It also looks like traditional PU products.

ARG 10 – HIGH GLOSS SILVER CHROME PAINT

ARG is one-component silver varnish that allows to reach a mirror-effect on varnished surfaces with a brightness that actually has no competition. Its glossy silver appearance is increased when a thin layer of ARG 10 is sprayed on top of a glossy surface. Its drying time is extremely quick. In order to mantain the glossy and perfect adhesion of the product it’s necessary to fix ARG 10 with specific varnishes.

GOLD 21 – TWO-COMPONENT PAINT FOR GLOSSY GOLD EFFECT

GOLD 21 is a two-component paint characterized by a high glossy gold appearance. It has a quick drying time and the particular choise of the costituens accentuates the final effect. In order to guarantee a perfect grip performance and the maintenance of the gloss level, it’s necessary to fix GOLD 21 with specific paints.

ER 16. – COLOURED RUST PAINT

ER 16. is a one-component liquid paint that spreads itself in an inhomogeneus layer when sprayed on a surface. It imitates the rust / cortene effect.

ENK 8. – CLOUDY EFFECT

ENK 8 is a two compoment paint that can be applied on top of coloured primer and provides a pearl cloudy effect on the surface, The effect is obtained applying the product by spray machine using a low pressure level.

SF 415. – COLOURED CRACKE EFFECT

SF 415. is a coloured one component finish coat that has to be applied on top of a surface previously painted with the specific coloured primer SB 315. Once applied SF 415. breaks itself into several pieces that are typical of crackle effect.
