Solvent-Based Patinas for Furniture

Formulated on solvent-based system, patinas represent a versatile products to achieve a lived-in appearance.

The desired ancient effect is achieved by partially removing the patina film with abrasive material shortly ager
its application.

AS 14. line includes solvent-based patinas worked out to lend an elegant bronzed effect.
Those patinas are easily applied by spray gun, then they can be removed with abrasive material. Once this step is completed, fixing can be done using water or solvent-based varnishes.
DILUTION:
in a 1:1 ratio with ethyl alcohol or acetone

with water-based, nitro-based or PU-based finish coats
AVAILABLE COLOURS :
AS 08. line includes alcohol-based patinas that are available in a wide range of colours, which can be customized according to customer requirements. Application is done by spray machine, while removal can be done using abrasive material. Those patinas can be fixed with water- or solvent-based varnishes.

AVAILABLE COLOURS :
ASS 18 line includes low-anchoring metalized patinas worked out to be removed by blotting using a sponge or soft cloth. The uneven removal of the product generates unique decorative effects and original designs on the surface.
The final effect can be fixed with the application of a poliurethane finish coat on solvent base.

AVAILABLE COLOURS :
ASM line includes colored solvent-based patinas enhanced with a pearl reflection. They can be easily applied by spray machine and the dryed film can be removed with abrasive material.
Once removal is complete, fixing can be done with water-based or solvent-based varnished.

AVAILABLE COLOURS :
AS 09.100 is a white patina on solvent base that can be easily applied by spray machine.
It’s characterized by an extremely low adhesion power and this makes the removal step even easier.

AVAILABLE COLOURS :
APS 105 patina is characterized by an elegant white pearl appearance and a low anchoring power.
It is applied by spray manchine and removed by blotting the surface with a sponge or soft cloth.
This processing land a unique decorative pattern. Fixing can be done with the application of a solvent-based polyurethane finish coat.

AVAILABLE COLOURS :
ASB 16 line is composed by metallized patinas specially worked out to be easy removed with soft cloth, even in several steps. If applied over a dark background, they land a refined oxidized effect that can be modulated according to the shade degree obtained during the removal stage.
Final fixing should be done using OA 461. acrylic topcoat.
